Our payrolling affiliates become the employer of record for temporary candidates and contractors that are recruited, screened and placed on assignment by independent staffing companies.

Eplica handles all financial and administrative requirements associated with contract employees, and processes employee payroll, payroll taxes, workers' compensation insurance and compliance reporting. Most temporary candidates qualify to participate in a wide range of employee benefits. More than 6,000 temporary and contract employees are paid through Eplica affiliates each week.
