1. Do I lose control of my staffing company when I outsource to Eplica?
   Absolutely not. In fact, most of our clients say they gained more control of their business with Eplica’s services. You work with your clients and temps and we take care of the rest, giving you back valuable time to grow your business.
2. Can I cancel at anytime?
   Yes. We offer a 60-day cancellation fee for any reason at any time with no fees.
3. What are the payment terms?
   All of our programs are “pay as you go.” All burdened costs are charged weekly so if your payroll drops, your costs are reduced immediately.
4. Do we have to use your technology?
   No. A unique difference with Eplica is that you can use your own or ours.
5. What technology does Eplica offer?
   We offer three technology systems: Web-based timekeeping systems for your temps, an applicant tracking system that can be customized for your company, and an online account portal for funding.
6. Does Eplica talk to my clients?
   Only if you want us to talk to them. Many clients prefer us to stay in the background. However, other clients use us for assistance with large-volume sales presentations, safety tours, client-specific training or help with invoicing, credit and collections.
7. What if I already outsource my back office and payroll processing?
   Since our programs consists of payroll processing, including garnishments, W-2 distribution, unemployment claims management and more, this will be an immediate reduction in cost for you above the savings we offer for workers’ comp.
8. Too good to be true? What’s the fine print?
   There is none! Since Eplica is founded by staffing company veterans, we understand the pressures involved with operating a staffing business. With that in mind, we work very hard to create a totally transparent program, offering you more control and flexibility over your risk and finances.
